Qualified candidates will have: Five (5) years of heavy highway or civil carpentry construction related experience. OSHA 10 certifications is preferred, but not required. Ability to read or learn to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and interpret plans. Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance. Ability to travel in and around South Dakota.
