Job Description
Diagnose, repair,and maintain copiers and (MFPs) and routine maintenance.
Knowled with repairing Konica Minolta & Bizhub copiers and MFP copiers.
Perfome demo's and tranining for customer/ setup printining, scann to SMB & scann to email for copiers.
troubleshoot mechanice and network-related issuse.
Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule.
Maintain accurate service records and invenentory parts.
Travel to customer locations as needed- valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be dependable, proessional, great customer service skills.
