Moxie Pest Control is growing, and we’re looking for an organized, dependable, and people-focused HR Administrative Assistant to join our team.

This is a hands-on administrative role within our Human Resources department. You’ll help keep the day-to-day HR operations organized and running smoothly by managing paperwork, updating employee information, supporting onboarding, and helping the team stay on top of important tasks and deadlines.

You don’t need to be an HR expert. What matters most is that you’re organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with people and information, and willing to learn.

Your goal is simple: keep the details organized, support our employees, and help the HR team run smoothly.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems, working with people, and being the person the team can count on to get things done.

What You’ll Do

• Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Assist with new-hire paperwork, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintain accurate and organized employee records
• Update employee information and HR systems as needed
• Prepare and organize HR documents, reports, spreadsheets, and files
• Help respond to routine employee questions and requests
• Coordinate paperwork and follow-up with employees, managers, and third-party providers
• Help keep HR processes organized and information up to date
• Assist with employee communications and department projects
• Track important deadlines and follow up on outstanding items
• Take on additional administrative projects as the needs of the HR department change

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of administrative, office, customer service, or similar experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and online systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
• Willingness to learn HR processes and grow within the role

Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus, but an HR degree or HR certification is not required.

Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Full-time | 8-hour shift
